Excel macros that speed up signing off calibration sheets, built for internal use at a calibration lab, so this page is a summary only.
The problem
Signing off each calibration sheet took a long time, and the legacy sheets relied on bulky formulas that were hard to maintain.
What I did
- Wrote a sign-off macro that does most of the checking and sign-off work for each sheet.
- Turned bulky legacy sheet formulas, including the uncertainty budgets, into dynamic macros.
- Can now support colleagues who use Excel and macros.
