An index of the equipment range with a unit converter, so non-technical colleagues can answer technical questions themselves. This was done for internal use at a calibration lab, so this page is a summary only.

The problem

Colleagues who are not engineers needed quick, reliable answers to technical questions.

What I did

  • Built an index of the equipment range.
  • Added a unit converter alongside it.
  • Lets non-technical staff answer technical questions without going to an engineer.

Outcome / impact

In use by colleagues outside engineering.
